My Mother was at Complete care recovering from a fall. Her care there was such a great experience. The staff was so attentive to her ever need. Especially the administrator Lina , so involved with my mother's recovery. Making sure she was well cared for and comfortable. My family was impressed with Lina's professionalism and knowledge. Also the facility was organized and clean.

My Mom was transferred from St Marys Hospital to Complete Care in Meriden today. When I arrived, the people were accommodating. The facility was clean and the food served was good. My family was pleased with our initial visit. I’ll be looking forward to see what physical therapy my mother will receive this coming week.

The 5-star rating is for Nurse Aide Mai Mason: she is our superhero today. She pitched in to provide care to my wife when she needed it badly and when the regular assigned aide was not available. She did what needed to be done and did so with enthusiasm. And then she went off to her assigned station. About an hour our later, my wife needed care again. At that time, I realized my wife’s wing was shorthanded coz her assigned aide had an emergency and had to leave. As my wife and I stood by the nurses’ station to seek help, guess who suddenly appeared from nowhere? It was Mai Mason! She asked if everything was OK; I told her we have the same problem as before. Mai looked around and without hesitation, Mai took charge and did her superhero act one more time! After Mai was done, the look on my wife’s face was priceless! She was clean and comfortable again. She is now sleeping soundly! Thank you, Mai Mason.

This review is on behalf of my brother who was admitted to recover from a hip replacement recently and needed physical therapy for 6 weeks. Nurses and PT and entire staff were very attentive, kind, courteous and respectable. Made great progress with PT that was needed. Meals were wonderful and can’t speak highly enough about this facility. They truly care about their patients. If you are in need of rehab I highly recommend Complete Care in Meriden!

I have visited a friend here two times when she was a patient for rehab. Unlike other rehab places I have been to this one has the friendliest staff. They smile, they truly care, and they seem to support one another. The facility is warm, bright and welcoming.
